How It Works

Crownview Telehealth Institute’s online Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a comprehensive, mental health treatment program, specifically tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. If you or a loved one is suffering from a mental health or co-occurring disorder, you can now participate in a highly-effective treatment program from the comfort and privacy of your home. Our programs include clinical assessment, intense treatment, drug testing and psychiatric support. This is conducted  with the same level of expertise as our in-house program, Crownview Co-occurring Institute. At CTI, we believe that strong relationships are paramount to recovery therefore we have integrated this philosophy into the culture of CTI. Through clinical assessments and experienced clinical care, any individual seeking help will find it in CTI’s online IOP.

Psychiatric, psychological and co-occurring conditions that have consistently shown a high level of success with online telepsychiatry include:

  • Primary mental health care
  • Addiction Treatment
  • PTSD
  • Depression
  • Bi-polar condition
  • Schizophrenia
  • Mood and eating disorders
  • ADHD
  • Dementia

Some of the online mental health therapies we provide:

  • Cognitive Restructuring
  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy
  • Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy
  • EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing effective with trauma victims)

Telehealth and telepsychiatric sessions involve a home computer, laptop, tablet, or (minimally) a smartphone that connects the client to their therapists with real-time, two-way audio/video communication via the internet. You will need fairly standard internet speeds of at least 0.8 Mbps (megabits per second) for downloads and 0.25 Mbps for uploads. You will receive instructions about how to download the video conference software. You won’t need to buy any software. It’s as simple as that.
